What Adlira is, what your points are, when they are held, when they can be taken back, and what we do with your data. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

Adlira is a rewards marketplace. The offers you see are supplied by third-party advertising networks; we are not the advertiser and we do not run the apps, games or surveys behind them. When a network confirms to our servers that you completed an offer, we credit points to your account. Your relationship for completing the offer itself is with that network and the advertiser behind it, under their terms.
You must be 18 or older. One account per person, per device and per household. Your country must be the one you actually live in, because it decides which offers and which rewards you are shown. VPNs, proxies, emulators, automation and any tool that misrepresents who or where you are, are not allowed. The networks refuse to pay for that traffic, and so do we.
Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your session is treated as done by you. Give a working email address, because it is how we reach you about your points and your payouts. Before your first cashout you verify one mobile number, and a number that has already verified an account cannot verify another.
Points are a reward unit inside Adlira and nothing else. They are earned, never bought. They are not currency, not a deposit, not stored value and not a payment instrument; they earn no interest, cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or pooled between accounts, and have no value outside the rewards catalogue. The local-currency figures shown beside your balance are an approximation of what the catalogue currently offers, not a cash balance and not a promise.
A credited reward arrives as pending and becomes spendable after a hold. The hold exists because a network can still cancel a conversion during its own review window. Its length depends on your account's standing and the size of the reward, and the exact release date is shown on every held entry in your wallet.
If a network cancels a conversion it already paid for (fraud, a chargeback, a cancelled trial), we take the matching points back. Your balance is an append-only record: a reversal is a new negative entry, never an edit of the original, and you can see both in your wallet. If the points have already been spent, the reversal can leave your balance negative until you earn again.
Rewards are the fixed, priced items in the catalogue for your country. The smallest amount you can redeem is the cheapest reward available to you, and your wallet shows that figure. A redemption is final once the reward is delivered; if delivery fails, the points are refunded to your wallet automatically. We do not pay out in cryptocurrency, and we do not send cash.
Multiple accounts, falsified completions, tampering with tracking links, filing claims for credit you did not earn, and any attempt to make a network pay for traffic it did not get. If we find it, the account is suspended, unredeemed points are forfeited and open redemptions are refused. We tell you the reason and you can reply to it through the contact form.
We do not promise any amount of earnings, any rate per hour, or that a given offer will be available. What you can earn depends on the offers the networks route to your country and device, and both change daily. Figures shown anywhere in the product are what those offers pay today, not a forecast.
Reward prices, offer availability, hold lengths and the rewards catalogue change as the networks and suppliers change. Nothing already credited to you is re-priced by a later change, and a campaign that ends cannot reduce points it already paid.
You can request closure from your account page at any time. Redeem your points first: closure does not convert them to anything, and unredeemed points do not survive it. A closure request is recorded and processed by the operator; records we are required to keep for accounting and anti-fraud are kept.
Adlira is provided as it stands. We do not control the third-party offers, their availability, or whether an advertiser honours what its offer describes, and we are not responsible for what happens inside those apps, games and surveys. What we are responsible for is the ledger: crediting what a verified postback reports, holding and releasing it as described here, and paying out what you redeem.
Your email address and a hashed password, never the password itself. Your country and language. A mobile number, if you verify one for payouts. For each sign-in and each offer you start: the IP address and the browser identification of the request. From the networks: which offer you started, whether it converted, and what it paid.
To run your account and reach you about it, to attribute an offer you completed to you and to no one else, to detect multiple accounts and fabricated completions, and to deliver a reward you redeem. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
When you start an offer you are sent to the network's own tracking link carrying a random click identifier and nothing else. We do not pass your email address, your phone number or your name to a network. The network sets its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy from that point, and it reports the result back to our servers as a signed postback.
Only what delivering that specific reward requires: for a mobile top-up, the number it is loaded onto. Nothing about your other activity, your balance or your other rewards is sent.
One cookie holds your session so you stay signed in, and a short-lived one carries the admin second factor. Your theme and language choices live in your own browser's storage. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers on this site. The one thing we do measure is described in the next section, and it is in an email we send, not here.
The offers digest, the only email we choose to send you, as opposed to one you asked for, carries a small image and links that pass through this site. When your mail program loads that image we record one time against that one message: the first time it was loaded. When you follow one of its links we record a second time: the first time a link in it was followed. That is the whole of it. No count, no record of which link, no IP address, no device, and nothing joined into a history of you, two times on one message, which is why we can tell whether a digest was worth sending and cannot tell anything about you. Both are erased 180 days after the message was sent, and the links stop working at the same age. An email you asked for (a password reset, an address confirmation, your welcome message) carries neither the image nor the rewritten links, and never will. You can stop the digest entirely by turning off product updates on your account page.
Your account record and your points ledger are kept while the account exists and afterwards where accounting and anti-fraud obligations require it, because a ledger that can be erased in part is not a ledger. Sign-in sessions expire and can be revoked from your account page. Verification codes are stored only as a hash and only for minutes.
You can see and change your email, country, language and notification preferences on your account page, end any session from there, and request deletion of your account from the same page. A deletion request is recorded and handled by the operator rather than executed instantly, because open redemptions and fraud records have to be settled first. Ask anything about your data through the contact form.
Passwords are stored only as a bcrypt hash. Network postbacks are accepted only with a valid HMAC signature from an allowed address, so nobody can credit an account from a browser. Administrative access requires a second factor, and every administrative action that touches an account or money is written to an audit log.
Every reward is a fixed amount stated before you start: the offer card shows what it pays, and the catalogue shows what each reward costs. There are no loot boxes, no cases, no spins, no wheels, no draws and no chance element anywhere in Adlira. The same action always pays the same disclosed amount.
The smallest redemption is the cheapest reward that is actually available to you, and your wallet prints that exact figure. If an operator sets a floor above some catalogue prices, the minimum shown is the cheapest reward at or above that floor, never a number nothing can be bought with.
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar. You can hold an account elsewhere and earn points, but rewards are only deliverable in those four markets today, and your wallet says so plainly rather than showing you a minimum you cannot reach. Payouts are mobile top-ups, gift cards and game credit, never cash and never cryptocurrency.
Networks report completions on their own schedule, so wait 48 hours first. After that, open My offers, find the offer, and file a missing-credit ticket with whatever proof you have: a receipt, an in-game screenshot, the account name you used. One ticket per offer start; we answer every one, and an approved ticket credits the reward you earned and did not get.
There is no inactivity clock on your balance today, and nothing in Adlira deletes points for not logging in. If that ever changes it will be announced here and in your notifications before it takes effect.
Use the contact form and a person reads it. It is the route that always works: it needs no mail client and it leaves a record we can answer.
